Perfectly located. Everything is within walking distance.
It was chilly at night. Didn't work the wi-fi. But none of this is critical.

Staff were really helpful and reception was 24 hours which was handy as I had to leave really early and they were really helpful in calling me a taxi.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, this place was a steal! The room was surprisingly spacious and the funky design gave it a cool vibe. Plus, it was super close to Old Town and the tram ride to the train station was quick and easy. But the real highlight was the staff - they were so friendly and went out of their way to help us out. They even let us check in a little earlier and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to see.
The hotel breakfast menu could use a little improvement - maybe some more options or variety would be nice. But other than that, everything was pretty darn great.

I got great value for my money at Hostel Blues. The room was clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom. The location was convenient, close to both the bus station and the old town. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to give suggestions and tips.
One small improvement could be adding a breakfast option.

Perfect Staff! Very modern and comfortable lounge. Different design s of rooms. I love the kitchen!
It took really a long time to check in. They should have updated their route guide in railway station, because the tram No. 13 is canceled.

Straightaway and during the whole duration of my stay I found the staff genuinely friendly and helpful, explain things clearly - great staff and they have really earned words of praise :-) Laid-back cool atmosphere of the place , at the same time well-run and kept clean. Very handy central location, easy to reach from railway station, bus station or airport, no need to waste money on taxis. Good that there is a locker and padlock for each person staying in a dormitory room.

No heaters were working in the rooms of the hostel and some staff were not forward with addressing the problem which was disappointing.

Location, staff, relaxed reception/lounge atmosphere (in winter, heard summer is different) and free cooking lesson every week :-)
Soap dispensers empty in all bathrooms during my stay. No cleaning of bathrooms or toilets during the day time. Trams are very loud in Bratislava (unlike Vienna) and they pass the hostel every few minutes early morning. Bring ear plugs and all is ok :-)
